Application

You will want to download the appropriate file depending upon the software you have installed on your computer. If you have Microsoft Word, we recommend the first option "Download as Microsoft Word Document". This will make for the easiest method and allow you to fill out the application in your Word program. If you do not have Word, then you can download the second option - "Download as Plain Text File". Any text editor should be able to open this (such as Notepad on a Windows PC, or TextEdit on a Mac).
